New Patients
If you have never been seen at Illumination Women’s Health, you would be a new patient even if Kandiss has seen you at a prior practice. All new patients will first need to schedule using the “Schedule Now” link below. Scheduling can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may select from one of the 3 types of New Patient appointment types and select a date and time for an appointment that works best for you. Scheduling is easy and can be done in a few short steps. However, if you experience any difficulty we encourage you to give us a call during normal business hours at (208) 780-9295 and we will be happy to assist you.
Established Patients
All established patients may schedule through the patient portal or can use the same schedule now link above where you may select from one of the follow-up appointment types and select a date and time for an appointment that works best with your schedule. Accessing the patient portal can be done by visiting this link or downloading the app and logging in with your PHR account. If you haven’t registered with the PHR, look through your email for the invite or contact us and we can send you an updated invitation to register.
