We are not in network for Medicare, Medicaid, Regence Individual and Family Plans through Your Health Idaho, IDID, Saint Alphonsus Health Alliance or Saint Luke’s Health Partners. For the plans we do offer we recommend that you contact your insurance company to verify coverage for in-network visits. You can find this out by calling the number on the back of your card or logging into your insurance account and using a ‘Find a Provider’ tool.
We accept credit cards and HSA. Please reach out if you have any questions.
If you have not been seen at Illumination Women’s Health BUT HAVE been a prior patient of Kandiss or Rebekah, please select the appropriate New Patient Appointment and indicate that you have previously seen Kandiss or Rebekah in the reason for visit in addition to why you would like to be seen!
Not Covered By Our Plans?
We offer a competitive cash pay option! If we’re not contracted with your insurance plan we would still love to see you and can offer a discount off of visits and will work with you to try to keep things affordable. We can also provide a detailed super bill for personal reimbursement with your insurance company.
