2025 Here We Come
2024 has been an amazing journey. As we close out the year, I can’t help but to be eternally grateful for your trust in me for your women’s health needs. However, I can’t close out the year just talking about me and the past year. While it is important to reflect on the past year and all that has been done, I also need to take the time to look ahead. What about 2025? I said things would change. Well guess what??? We have some exciting news!
Pink The Rink
What an amazing couple of months! I wanted to take the opportunity in this blog post to talk about one amazing event Illumination Women’s Health helped to sponsor in October with the Montana Tech Hockey Team raising funds for the St. James Cancer Center in Butte, Montana.
Shredding the Silence on Menopause
You’ve seen my previous blog posts on menopause like Waiting it out and Hormone Therapy is Dangerous.
I have got some new and exciting news!!! Are you ready?????
Reflections…A message for my Patients!
As I reflect, I come back to asking myself...how I can tell all of you how much you mean to me? A letter from the organization that has been my home can only say so much for reasons that make sense but leave so many words left unspoken.
Things are happening…
Exciting News! I have put a deposit down on a physical location where I will soon be able to start seeing patients, IN PERSON! I hope you are as excited as I am about the new digs!
Menopause Mystery Series - Hormone Therapy is Dangerous
So, finally!!! Menopause and suffering women are getting much needed attention. Newer research is uncovering some of the misconceptions and faults with the WHI study and there are treatment options for women that are safe. MHT is the most effective treatment for hot flashes and night sweats. MHT has been shown to increase quality of life, improve sleep and mood. For women 60 years or younger whom have bothersome symptoms and are within 10 years of menopause the benefit of therapy generally outweighs the risk.
Menopause Mystery Series - Waiting it out
You have scheduled an appointment with your provider and were told that this is normal, “you are just getting older” and nothing needs to be done. You begin to feel as if there are no options other than to wait it out and struggle through these changes. However, you have options and there are people that can help you with your menopausal symptoms. You don’t have to wait things out and you don’t need to navigate this alone.
The Beginning…
Why Illumination Women’s Health?
First off, for all of you! I’ve heard thousands of stories and read hundreds of reviews. I have been reflecting A LOT on the services I provide, how they’re being provided, marketed, and how I can continue to maximize the skillset I have to do the best for all of you. I hear you! I’m aware I am taking a risk and I pray it will be worth it. I’m depending on all of you as much as many of you depend on me. I would forever regret not taking this chance for myself and especially, for all of you.
